Jonas Piraquive operates Mi Buena Vida with his wife and a partnership group that runs roughly 17 restaurants across Utah, with most of the partner portfolio concentrated in Park City. Mi Buena Vida is the group's neighborhood-anchor concept — built deliberately for repeat visitation, fair pricing, and a hospitality experience designed around the open kitchen, the hand-built salsa bar, and a custom Katrina mural by Park City artist Mackenzie.
