Leo Ruffinengo is the third-generation watchmaker and jeweler behind Official Time Watch, the luxury timepiece and custom jewelry house located at 9035 South 700 East in Sandy, Utah. Leo Ruffinengo represents three generations of professional watchmaking heritage and operates one of the most respected independent luxury watch operations in the state of Utah, with a curated rotation of grail-level Rolex sport timepieces, vintage one-of-a-kind pieces (including a 1957 James Bond Submariner and rare Tudor chronographs), Audemars Piguet, Panerai, Cartier, Montblanc, Omega, Concord, and Frédérique Constant. Behind the showroom Leo Ruffinengo runs a full Swiss watch service workshop staffed by four full-time watchmakers and jewelers with the lapping equipment, micromechanical training, and restraint required to properly service vintage and neo-vintage Rolex, restore Audemars Piguet, and execute custom jewelry work.
