I want women to grow personally and financially… - Makayla Adams
"I want women to grow personally and financially at the same time. That is what Engage & Empower is built for." - Makayla Adams, founder, Engage & Empower.
Makayla Adams is the founder of Engage & Empower, a Salt Lake County women in business networking community built to support female entrepreneurs through connection, collaboration, and real business growth. Makayla Adams launched Engage & Empower to address a persistent gap in Utah, a state that ranks high in entrepreneurship overall but low in women-owned businesses, by creating a recurring room of female business owners committed to growing personally and financially at the same time. Engage & Empower runs weekly networking meetings, monthly member happy hours, quarterly expert-led sessions on social media, branding, and AI, and a year-end vision board party.
